The site which extends to approximately 3.8 acres, originally had outline planning permission for up to 54 dwellings. Through on-going work and addressing the constraints and development density, Terra have worked with their development partner Living Space to maximise the site.

Living Space in conjunction with Stonewater are now progressing the delivery of 54 affordable dwellings on site.
