Jordan Langdon-Bates works primarily within Terra, delivering planning led developments to Hayfield, Living Space and the wider housing and commercial market.
He manages all processes from land acquisition through to consent, ensuring consistent, sustainable growth is delivered across all developments. He has worked in strategic land promotion for most of his career and started in Local Authority Planning.

Ricard Pitt is a chartered town planner and qualified urban designer with over 15 years experience of the planning system.
Richard has been involved with the housebuilding industry for the last decade, where he has focused on the delivery of strategic land.
Strategic Land Manager
Sienna Barbour, Strategic Land Manager, joined Terra in 2021, as a Chartered Surveyor in Planning & Development.
Sienna previously worked with development consultants John Alison Land & Research for almost 4 years and prior to this she achieved a First Class Honours BSC (Hons) Rural Land Management from The Royal Agricultural university (RAU).
Tamsin Almeida is a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
Tamsin began her career in planning consultancy, before joining the business to focus on residential land promotion.
