The site extends to 47 acres to the south of the village of Acton Trussell. Located off Penkridge Road, the site is four miles south of Stafford, three miles north of Penkridge, and within walking distance of the Cannock Chase Area of Natural Beauty. The traditional village is popular with commuters, due to its close proximity to Junction 13 of the M6 Motorway.

Terra will work with South Staffordshire Council and Acton Trussell & Bednall Parish Council to explore the provision of new local amenities and the housing mix which would best suit the needs of the village. It will then be promoted through the Local Plan process.
