Overview

The site extends to 6 Acres in total and is located on the eastern side of the B4424, the main road running through the village of Callow End, near Malvern, Worcestershire.

The land is currently on the edge of the settlement and is in the main rectangular in shape. The site is rising towards the South due to its location at the foot of Horse Hill. The site is located to the south of approximately 10 dwellings on Upper Ferry Lane, with a track on the eastern boundary running from Upper Ferry Lane to an equestrian centre. The land on the eastern side of this track is associated with the equestrian centre.

The village of Callow End is a category one settlement and is not located within the Malvern Hills AONB.
