The site which extends to approximately 3.8 acres, originally had outline planning permission for up to 54 dwellings. Through on-going work and addressing the constraints and development density, Terra have worked with their development partner Living Space to maximise the site.

There is currently a pending planning application for 54 dwellings, in partnership with Living Space Housing and Fortis to enable the delivery of a greater proportion of affordable housing, in an area with high demand.
