The site, which extends to approximately 4.7 acres is located on the North Eastern side of the village of Longworth in Oxfordshire.

The land is significantly screened by a belt of trees to the northern perimeter and any development achieved will create a sensible use of undeveloped land in the village.

The site is not situated in the Greenbelt and does not have any further planning constraints other than currently being situated outside of the previously defined settlement boundary.

It is our intention to prepare plans and work with all involved to secure a planning approval for well-needed housing in this sustainable village location.
