The site covers an area of approximately 1.6 hectares (4 acres) and is located on the western side of the village of Maresfield. The topography is relatively flat and the site is currently used for pasture. Existing residential development is located on two sides of the site (East and South). On the Northern side is an indoor and outdoor bowls club. Adjacent to the Western side of the site is the A22 ‘Maresfield Bypass’. The site therefore effectively presents itself as ‘infill’. We are progressing application work for submission based.
