The site which extends to 10 acres is in the Green Belt and located to the north side of Fillongley Road, Meriden which lies within the administrative boundary of Solihull District Council.

The village of Meriden is well served with local facilities including a primary school, surgery, post office, shop, church, Village Hall and Public House. There are also wider employment opportunities with a quarry and hotel also located in the village.
