The 4 acre site is located fronting Bedford Road on the edge of the settlement of Moggerhanger in Bedfordshire, which is covered by Central Bedfordshire District Council.

Following approval of our planning application for 36 houses, the land to deliver 33 houses was sold to Hightown Housing Association, with the delivery of these homes through our sister company Living Space. The 33 houses are for affordable rent and purchase through Hightown’s shared ownership scheme. The remaining 3 homes will be sold through Living Space on the open market.
