Overview

The site is located on the edge of Clifton-upon-Teme, a Category 1 settlement within Malvern Hills district, services include a nursery, primary school, pub and village shop. The subject land is held within a trust. The trust own all 25 acres subject to the Promotion agreement and most of the land surrounding the settlement. The land is outside of the settlement boundary, but adjacent to it, with no obvious planning constraints.

Outline planning permission has been granted for 55 new homes to the South section of the site.
