Strategic Land Position - Senior Land Manager / Area Land Director (Southern England)

Across our Real Estate Capital Holdings portfolio of businesses – TERRA, Living Space, and Hayfield – we’re looking for an experienced Strategic Land professional to join our growing team at TERRA.

If you have several years’ experience as a Strategic Land Manager in the South / South East, and a strong understanding of varied and complex agreements covering cross-sector opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in securing both immediate and strategic land opportunities across our target areas.

You’ll be joining a highly experienced land and development team that specialises in identifying, securing, and maximising land opportunities. With our expertise, network, and proven track record, we ensure the best possible outcomes for landowners, partners, and stakeholders alike.
