Overview

The site covers an area of approximately 1.6 hectares (4 acres) and is located on the western side of the village of Maresfield.

Existing residential development is located on two sides of the site (East and South). On the Northern side is an indoor and outdoor bowling club. Adjacent to the site's Western side is the A22 ‘Maresfield Bypass’.

Outline planning permission includes detailed vehicular access from Limestone Way with all other matters reserved. The site has also been draft allocated within Wealden’s emerging Local Plan, further underlining its suitability for residential use.
