Overview

The site comprises a series of agricultural fields totalling approximately 58.8 acres (23.8 hectares) adjacent to the village of Stoke Prior.

Existing residential development is located to the East and West of the site. The southern boundary of the site is defined by a railway line.

The site is being promoted through the Bromsgrove Local Plan for circa 500 dwellings and associated infrastructure.
