With a background in commercial, residential, mixed-use and retirement developments, he specialises in sourcing and securing off-market opportunities. Working in TERRA’s Eastern region, Tobias will play a pivotal role in identifying and unlocking new opportunities within the company’s expanding land portfolio.

In its 10 years of trading the business has also delivered significant returns for the landowners it works with, releasing over 1,600 acres and resulting in returns of more than £400m.
