Overview

Approximately 6.3 acres in size, with a fairly square boundary split into two fields and ownerships. The site is currently open land not in agricultural use and partially related to the residential dwellings to the southern boundary. Now defined by development on three boundaries, following the consent of phase 2 and can be seen as a logical extension to the previous schemes TERRA have progressed in the village.
