The site is situated north-east of the Wanborough Road with recently approved development along the southern and northern boundary which will be commencing construction within the next two years. 

The site forms part of the wider area identified as a residential led phase(s) of development of the overall Swindon New Villages development which overtime will deliver 8000 dwellings, 40 Ha of employment land, Primary and Secondary school provision, District and Local Centres comprising retail, leisure, community and health facilities.

Terra are bringing forward an application in conjunction with Hayfield to deliver approximately 270 new high-quality homes to compliment the on-going growth at Swindon.
