Working in conjunction with Living Space, planning has been approved from Wychavon District Council for the delivery of 35 new dwellings and associated open space in the village of Tibberton, Worcestershire. The scheme will deliver 35 high-quality affordable homes, offered through a mix of social rent and shared ownership tenures.

Significantly, 70% of the site will be dedicated to Green Infrastructure, incorporating new public open spaces that will be accessible to the wider village community. The scheme achieves an on-site biodiversity net gain of 26%, exceeding national requirements and contributing positively to the local environment.
